Gwinnett Technical College Alpharetta-North Fulton Campus is located at 2875 Old Milton Parkway Alpharetta, Georgia 30009. This project has been posted as an electronic bid event within the Team Georgia Marketplace system. The project scope of work is attached to the bid event. Contractor hereby proposes to furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment to perform all work in accordance with the bidding documents. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: Gwinnett Technical College will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Campus on September 8, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project.
