Full Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Lakota Software Solutions, Inc.130 Professional Place, Suite 101, Bridgeport, WV 26330 Ani & Whorl Software Renewal. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210 with a business size standard of $41,500,000. A quote is being requested under solicitation no. DJF-21-0100-PR-0002555. This will be a fixed price contract for one 12-month base year plus 2 option years. Based on FBI market research, it has been determined that Lakota Software Solutions, Inc. is the only source to meet the FBI requirement and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Lakota Software Solutions, Inc. does not have any authorized resellers capable of providing Ani & Whorl Software Maintenance. The proposed contract action is for software maintenance for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of TLE 41,usc 3304 (a)(1). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
