Radio Frequency Power 18:1 Divider/CombinerThe United States Government is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of designing and producing an S-Band Radio Frequency Power 18:1 Divider/Combiner (RFPDC), a specialized component critical to advanced communication and radar systems. This effort is not a solicitation for bids or proposals but a voluntary information-gathering process to inform future acquisition decisions. Respondents are encouraged to submit technical capabilities and company information via a Contractor Capability Survey, which will help the government assess industry readiness, potential competition, and the suitability of proposed solutions. No funds are available to cover response preparation costs, and submission does not guarantee any future contract award. The government retains full discretion to determine its acquisition strategy based on the information received. Small and large businesses are both invited to participate, with particular emphasis on small businesses providing detailed responses about their capabilities and any teaming arrangements, joint ventures, or subcontracting partnerships that would enable them to meet the full requirement. Subcontracting intentions and evidence of collaborator commitments—such as letters or emails outlining roles and responsibilities—are strongly encouraged but not mandatory. Small businesses are also asked to identify any portions of the work they believe should be set aside exclusively for small business participation. The NAICS code 334418 applies, and the primary point of contact for technical and acquisition questions is the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. All inquiries must be submitted in writing by the deadline of August 22, 2026, to the designated contracting officers and lead engineers.

This initiative is not a solicitation for proposals but a voluntary effort to gather information on potential contractors’ capabilities, experience, and technical readiness to support future acquisition decisions. Respondents are encouraged to submit detailed responses via a Contractor Capability Survey, which includes information on technical data packages and Defense Production Act compliance. The effort is associated with NAICS code 334418 and performance will occur at Warner Robins, Georgia, with interactions expected across military, civilian, and allied agency teams, though specific security clearance levels and foreign participation thresholds have not yet been established. Both large and small businesses are invited to respond, with particular emphasis on small business participation to inform potential set-aside strategies, though no final determination has been made. Small businesses are asked to detail any teaming, joint ventures, or subcontracting arrangements that would enable them to meet the full scope of work, including providing evidence such as letters or emails that outline roles and responsibilities of each partner. Small businesses are also encouraged to identify specific segments of the work they believe should be reserved exclusively for small business participation. Responses must be submitted in writing before the deadline of August 22, 2026, and directed to the listed points of contact at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. No funds are available for response preparation, and submission does not obligate the government to award a contract or initiate procurement.
