This access will allow time sensitive data to be delivered much more efficiently to users at both the state and federal level. The NLETS data exchange network is unique in that it is the only telecommunications network linking so many state and federal agencies together for the purpose of improved public safety. Links to federal and international systems are also provided in much the same manner. The resulting purchase order shall be negotiated on a firm fixed price.
