ANNUAL PRESHRUNK T-SHIRT PRINTING - PARKS & REC

Floyd County is soliciting bids for a one-year contract, running from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027, to provide high-quality preshrunk T-shirts with specialty screen printing for Parks and Recreation events. The contract allows for up to three additional one-year extensions based on agreeable pricing and service. Qualified vendors must provide total pricing per shirt, including garments, printing, and setup fees, while listing shipping costs separately. Printing is specifically limited to the left chest pocket area using the Parks and Rec logo, with no back printing permitted. Both traditional screen printing and direct to film methods are acceptable, and while specific Gildan and Team 365 models are listed, comparable brands may be proposed if the brand and item number are specified. The award will be granted to the responsible bidder deemed most advantageous to the county based on price and other factors, potentially on a lump sum or individual item basis. Bidders must submit a comprehensive package including a Bidders Declaration, Vendor Information, and certifications for non-discrimination, non-collusion, and a drug-free workplace, with the pricing sheet submitted as a separate attachment via the Bonfire portal by November 16, 2026. The contract includes a 30-day termination notice for either party and caps annual price increases at 3% in accordance with CPI standards. Payments are processed within 30 days of invoice receipt, provided a signed delivery receipt from a county employee is included. Title to goods remains with the vendor until full acceptance by the county.
