Full Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a commercial purchase order to Aptify Software Corporation, 1850 K Street, NW 3rd Floor, Washington, DC 20003 on a sole source basis to provide application support, maintenance support, and training to IRS employees, Annual Software Maintenance & Support Renewal Agreement. Aptify is uniquely able to meet the needs of the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service because the Aptify business applications platform offers flexibility not provided by other business applications. Aptify configuration requires no access to source code in the order to change the functionality, scheme to look and feel the product, and Aptify is the only vendor on the market that will provide a written product warranty stating that any meta-data configurations created through the Aptify tools will be upgradeable to the next version. Vendors who can provide software and service at price, term and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by Aptify Corporation, should submit clear convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within 5 days of the date of publication of this synopsis. Any responses should be sent to Kathy M. Pham via e-mail at Kathy.M.Pham@irs.gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. No solicitation document exists for this requirement; therefore, no request for solicitation will be accepted.
