Full Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole sourced contract to Bureau National Affairs (BNA), 1801 S. Bell Street, Arlington, VA 22202, for the purchase of copyrighted tax services materials in support of the various Chief Counsel satellite law libraries throughout the CONUS to include legal materials, writings in the field of taxation, bankruptcy, general, and international laws of today. The BNA tax services are copywrited materials and are only published and sold by BNA. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, such requests for solicitations will be considered non responsive. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this office is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This request is submitted under the guidelines of FAR part 13, Streamline Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Award shall be issued in the form of a government purchase order.
