ANSYS software and support renewal

This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number NSSC8021Q0059 for FY21 Renew TECS Services for Ansys Licenses and Obtain [or exchange for new] Ansys Software. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC Number 2021-05, which can be obtained from https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 511210 and $41.50, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The period of performance for the proposed contract is 06/01/2021 through 05/31/2022. Offers for the attached list of required items must be received by Thursday, May 27, 2021, at 15:00 Eastern Daylight Time to shari.a.trigg@nasa.gov or tammy.l.mciver@nasa.gov. Offers must include solicitation number, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration, taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms and signature approval by an authorized company representative. Offer's not deemed technically acceptable will be removed from further consideration of the contract award. All offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (Feb 2021).
