The Government is currently seeking to lease antenna space a minimum of 750 feet above ground within and around the New York County. The building should have a clear line of sight of the skyline. All offered location are required testing to ensure no interference from conflicting frequencies or transmission conflicts. The Government may eliminate offers due to any the number of technical reasons. Making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
