Solicitation # 1305M226Q0254
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking quotes for a firm-fixed price contract to provide National Instruments RF Generator hardware and associated LabVIEW software for the National Reconditioning Center in Grandview, Missouri. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 334515. The objective is to modernize automated testing for RF generators by replacing manual processes with an integrated National Instruments ecosystem, which includes two LabVIEW software seats, specific RF test hardware, and one year of training for two personnel. The government will award the contract to the responsive and responsible quoter offering the best value, based on the lowest evaluated price among proposals that meet all technical specifications. Evaluation factors include the offeror's ability to meet specifications, past performance references for similar scopes of work, and pricing fairness. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). A recent amendment has extended the solicitation acceptance period by five days to allow quoters to review revised technical requirements and resubmit pricing.
