This is the Commissions notice of its Agency Decision to reject all responses to solicitation number FWC 23/24-81 - Apalachicola River Wildlife and Environmental Area (ARWEA) Prescribed Burn. FWC intends to re-bid this project at a future date.Pursuant to Chapter 120, F.S., the posting of this Notice of Agency Decision will begin on March 28, 2024 at 10:00 AM and will end 72 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays) later on April 2nd, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Any person who is adversely affected by the agency decision or intended decision shall file with the agency a notice of protest in writing within 72 hours after the posting of the notice of decision or intended decision. Saturdays, Sundays and state holidays shall be excluded in the computation of the 72-hour time periods. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
