Supply and Delivery of Appliances
Solicitation # RFT 27-005
The Halton District School Board (HDSB) issued solicitation RFT 27-005 to identify qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of appliances to various schools and administrative sites. The contract is for an initial one-year term starting approximately January 1, 2027, with the option for the HDSB to renew for up to four additional one-year terms, potentially extending the agreement through December 31, 2031. Award decisions will be based on the best value for money and quality of service delivery rather than the lowest price alone, with evaluation factors including price, past performance, financial resources, industry knowledge, and the possession of necessary licenses and certifications. Suppliers must provide appliances that meet specific technical standards, including Energy Star ratings and CSA or ULC certification for electrical products configured for 240V @ 60Hz. Delivery is required on a Duty Paid (DDP) basis, with the supplier providing all necessary manual labor and equipment to deliver items directly to the designated rooms within HDSB facilities. Mandatory requirements include the provision of a dedicated account representative, adherence to WHMIS and other regulatory labeling laws, and the submission of liability and WSIB insurance documentation. Proposals must be submitted electronically by October 27, 2026, and must include a Form of Tender, a separate Excel bid sheet, and several signed declarations and attestations.

Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information (RFI) European Washers, Dryers, and Refrigerators/Freezers for United States (US) Air Force and Army in Europe Introduction The US Air Force and Army in Europe have a recurring requirement to purchase appliances for personnel living and working in Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom. The agencies spend $5M - $7M dollars per year on appliances such as washing machines, dryers, refrigerator/freezers and dishwashers. We are seeking information from industry to help standardize appliances and consolidate purchases resulting in cost savings and reduced purchase cycle time. Disclaimer This RFI is issued for the purpose of market research only. This is not a Request For Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this RFI. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI. Purpose This RFI is released to get feedback from the commercial appliances industry. The draft requirements listing with make and model numbers for washing machines, dryers, refrigerator/freezers and dishwashers are attached. These requirements are for commercially available European-type appliances for use in households on the European economy and in some military housing. Given these requirements, please review the questions below and provide any feedback as applicable. Your feedback is greatly appreciated! Questions for Industry: Question: The US Government has a need for European Appliances in Germany, U.K. and Italy? Which countries can you deliver to? Question: Can you deliver all specified models within the country listed in Atch 1 to the RFI? Question: Can you provide price discounts based on the quantity ordered per model? If yes, what discounts do you offer? Question: How long do you need to prepare your quote? Is there a specific timeframe in which the solicitation should/should not be released? Question: Please provide proof that you can deliver the specified brands and models (e.g. price list, catalogue) and please provide data sheets, if available. Question: How fast are spare parts available for the specified models? Question: Are you able to deliver the estimated quantities defined in Atch 1 to the RFI? If yes, what is your estimated timeframe for delivery? Question: Due to advances in technology the needed models will be changed on an annual basis during the yearly BPA review. Will you be able to provide the next follow-on model, if applicable? Question: Are you interested in providing a quote? Question: Do you have any feedback for the U.S. Government regarding the solicitation and the enclosed spreadsheet, entitled Condensed Summary and Price Sheet? Submission Instructions Please provide responses to the above questions and fill in the purple cells of the Condensed Summary and Price Sheet for the countries you can deliver to. Responses to this RFI should be submitted by close of business 17 Jan 2020, 1630 hrs. All responses under this RFI should be emailed to: barbara.wafzig.de@us.af.mil and maria.kuper.de@us.af.mil. Türkiye Base Operations Support Acquisition (T-BOS)
Solicitation # FA564126R0005
The Türkiye Base Operating Support (T-BOS) acquisition, managed by the 764th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, is a consolidated requirement to provide comprehensive installation management and core support services for the United States Air Forces in Europe and United States Air Forces Africa. The scope of work covers multiple locations, including Incirlik Air Base, Ankara Support Facility, Cigli Air Base, Istanbul, and HQ NATO LANDCOM. Key service areas include civil engineering, communications, force support, logistics readiness, housing management, and emergency services. The government intends to award a single Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract based on a best-value tradeoff process, where technical factors are considered significantly more important than cost. The procurement is currently undergoing a strategic pause of approximately 90 to 120 days following a scope revision on August 19, 2026. This decision follows the conclusion of mediation with the Türk Harb-İş labor union regarding a new Collective Labor Agreement (CLA), leading the government to cancel previous plans to descope 175 full-time equivalent positions and restore them to the consolidated requirement. Consequently, the final Request for Proposal (RFP) is delayed to allow for revisions to the Performance Work Statement, cost baseline estimates, and evaluation criteria. Prospective offerors must navigate specific requirements, including U.S. Secret security clearances for certain personnel, FedRAMP Moderate cloud hosting for dashboard systems, and strict adherence to the newly signed CLA wage rates and benefits.
