The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, intends to award a purchase order on a single source basis to Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC), 3000 Wilson Blvd, Suite 300, Arlington, VA, 22203, for a subscription to their Travel Intelligence Program (TIP) which is ARCs proprietary database for airline transactional data.
