The Government requires a comprehensive enterprise solution to sustain and enhance the Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) capabilities of the AF DCGS weapon system and the 363d Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (ISRW). This requirement includes proprietary ESRI ArcGIS software licenses, annual maintenance for ongoing support and software updates, specialized training courses for system operators and analysts, and on-site Embedded Innovation Engineer (EIE) services for expert technical support and integration. This contract will support the AF DCGS and, for the first time, consolidate the 363d ISRW under a single enterprise agreement to achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies. The total estimated value of this requirement is $68.5M, funded with a mix of Operations & Maintenance 3400, Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation 3600, and Air National Guard 3840 appropriations.
