The Government intends to award up to four (4) single-award, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide a full range of multi-disciplinary Title I, Title II, and other specialized engineering services. These services will support sustainment, restoration, modernization, and new construction projects primarily at Offutt AFB and its associated off-site facilities in eastern Nebraska.
