The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego (SWRMC) intends to issue a solicitation to accomplish additional basin preservation on the ARCO (ARDM 5) - work to be accomplished at the Naval Submarine Base Point Loma, CA. The solicitation will be for a firm fixed-price , total small business set-aside under the NAICS code 336611 - ship building and repairing. The solicitation is limited to NAVSEA Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders only. The contractor will be required to provide all labor services and materials in accordance with the established statement of work and all applicable government specifications and regulations. Inspections and acceptance of all services will be performed at destination by the cognizant government representative.
