Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: • This project includes two sites, located on tributaries (north and south) to Idylwood Creek within Ardmore Park. A precast concrete type-2, 72-inch flow control structure will be installed at the north tributary site and an HDPE tee energy dissipator will be installed at the south tributary site. The north tributary is located east of the intersection of NE 28th Street and 169th Avenue NE. The south tributary is located east of the intersection of 169th Avenue NE and NE 25th Street. • Approximately 9 LF of 30-inch CMP culvert pipe removal • Approximately 13 LF of 30-inch PVC storm sewer pipe installation. • Approximately 40 LF of 26-inch HDPE storm sewer pipe installation. • Connection for dissimilar culvert pipe installation. • Approximately 20 TN of riprap installation. • Splash pad consisting of 12-inch streambed cobbles, outfall ballast, and gravel backfill for pipe zone bedding installation. • Approximately 105 TN of crushed surfacing installation. • Tree protection measure installation. • Temporary traffic control during construction. • Landscape plantings (trees and shrubs). • Clearing and grubbing, tree removal, removal of structures and obstructions, stormwater bypassing, and water pollution/erosion control. • Property restoration including removal and salvage of landscape features on private property.
