This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 531320 – Offices of Real Estate Appraisers The small business size standard is $9.5 million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.


Statement of Requirement
NRCS plans to obtain an Areawide Market Analysis (AWMA) for an initial fiscal year (FY) and subsequent annual recertifications or AWMA amendments for each following FY not to exceed 4 additional years. The FY begins October 1st and ends September 30th.
