R--Appraisal Services

The Department of the Interior, through the Interior Business Center’s Acquisition Services Directorate, is soliciting professional appraisal services to support land transactions on tribal and federal properties managed by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, National Park Service, and Fish and Wildlife Service. The solicitation, identified by number AQDSAT-24-26 and posted on June 25, 2026, with a response deadline of July 30, 2026, encompasses nine distinct appraisal assignments across reservations and locations including Cheyenne River, Crow, Fort Belknap, White Earth, and others, each tied to specific federal actions such as land exchanges, right-of-way determinations, lease extensions, fee-to-trust applications, and easement negotiations.
