The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as but not limited to, constructing drilling pads with earth grading including excavation and embankments, drilling and completing five (5) new groundwater extraction wells, installing submersible pumps, air release valves, pipelines, a self-contained treatment system, and all power connections to the wells and treatment system, all as more specifically detailed in the Project manual specifications and drawings included herein (the “Project”). This Project is being funded by federal monies available to the County through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. Specifically, the Project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLFRP3408 awarded to Ada County, Idaho by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
