The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Well 5 Repairs - Camp Roberts located at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, Building 3022, San Miguel, California. Work to include: The Contractor shall remove all components necessary to replace the existing well gaskets, and seals in accordance with all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (CALOSHA). All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
The Contract Manager (CM) for this project is Mr. Stonecipher, Mike, at contact@example.gov or the Assistant CM Mr. Vince Hindley at contact@example.gov.
Prospective bidders may attend the optional job walk on 2/7/2024, at 2:00 PM at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, Building 3022, San Miguel, California. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the job walk site by contacting Mr. Stonecipher, Mike at contact@example.gov.
