Copies of Bidding Documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain Bidding Documents from the Empire State Purchasing Group's Bid Notification System are guaranteed to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. Description of Work: This project is for the installation of a new electrical service and nighttime lighting illumination of the entrance, park buildings, roadway, parking and three soccer fields. This is a Wick’s Law project. If awarded, this contract will be fully or partially funded with Federal Assistance provided to the County of Rockland by the US Department of Treasury under the American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA Funds”), Section 602(b) and 603(b) of the Social Security Act, Pub. L. No. 117-2 (March 11, 2021) and is subject to certain requirements including 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Applicable Federal requirements take precedence over State and local requirements unless State and local requirements are deemed to be more stringent.
