La Ville de Saint-Lambert (la Ville) procède à un appel d’offres public afin de retenir une entreprise pour des services d’arrosage des arbres publics sur son territoire. Les travaux sollicités seront exécutés notamment, mais sans s’y limiter, dans les parcs et espaces verts (micro-forêt), sur les terre-pleins de boulevards et en bordure des rues, et ce, sur l’ensemble du domaine public de la Ville. Le présent contrat a pour objet l’obtention d’un tarif horaire pour l’arrosage d’arbres qui consiste principalement à fournir la main-d’œuvre, les équipements, l’outillage, la machinerie, les véhicules et le matériel nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux d’arrosage d’arbres. Les arbres à arroser ont été plantés dans les dernières années, certains étaient de plus petit calibre (2 à 5 gallons), d’autre de plus grand calibre (arbres en motte, 40-50 mm). Le temps pour réaliser les travaux est estimé à une moyenne de quarante (40) heures par semaine, pour une durée approximative annuelle de seize (16) semaines. Les travaux doivent être réalisés selon les lois, normes et références mentionnées dans le présent appel d'offres. Le contrat est valide pour une période ferme d’environ deux (2) ans et sept (7) mois, s’échelonnant du début du mois de juin 2026 au 31 décembre 2028, en plus deux (2) options de renouvellement d’un (1) an à la discrétion de la Ville.
