The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement to provide and install floor and ceiling wall panels and private office furniture per the attached statement of work. The furniture required is being sole sourced to be manufactured by Artoplex furniture. Delivery Destination is 1 U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown; Yorktown, VA 23690-5000. See attached RFQ attachment for the requested items. The applicable NAICS code is 337211, Wood Office Furniture Manufacturing . As a result of this solicitation, USCG plans to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This contract is a Total Small Business set-aside as per Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) part 52.219-6. The solicitation number is 70Z041-18-Q-QWE02100. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).Anticipated Period of Performance: Date of Award through 31 December 2018. This requirement will be evaluated based on price and delivery time with price being the most important factor. The deadline for quotes submission is Wednesday September 12, 2018, at 12:00 PM (EDT). Any quote received after the aforementioned date and time risks immediate rejection by the Contracting Officer. Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by USCG that is not emailed will not be considered for award. By submission of its quote, the offeror is asserting that it understands the RFQ, the RFQ attachments, and that there are no exceptions to the RFQ or its attachments in the quote itself. This RFQ shall not be considered direction to proceed with the subject effort. This RFQ is not a promise of future direction to proceed. Offerors are solely responsible for all RFQ submission costs.
