The City of Pontiac is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide as-needed repair, replacement, maintenance, and related services for pedestrian doors, overhead doors, storefront systems, hollow metal doors and frames, automatic door operators, glass, glazing systems, and related hardware at City-owned or City-maintained facilities throughout the City of Pontiac. The intent of this solicitation is to establish one or more contracts with responsive and responsible contractor(s) capable of performing routine, urgent, and emergency repairs on an as-needed basis. Work will be issued by written task order, purchase order, or other authorization from the City. The City does not guarantee a minimum amount of work under any resulting contract.
