Under the direction of RAP’s Project Coordinator, the vendor shall provide equestrian educational services including classes in riding and horsemanship as required and set forth in this section. The vendor shall provide any and all materials and gear necessary to provide such services. Alternatively, the vendor will provide equestrian educational services for participants requiring adaptive services. All such services performed, as well as necessary gear and equipment, shall be approved prior to performance by RAP’s Project Coordinator.
