WSSC Water is soliciting proposals for a requirements contract to provide comprehensive organizational development training services, including professional, leadership, and technical skills development. The scope encompasses the design and execution of multi-tier training programs delivered through both in-person sessions at WSSC facilities and virtual instructor-led formats. WSSC Water currently offers a comprehensive portfolio of professional development, leadership development, and technical (computer software) training programs designed to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness. Training is delivered through a flexible, blended approach that includes both in-person and virtual instructor-led sessions. Courses are scheduled on an as-needed basis, aligned with organizational priorities and workforce demand. The majority of in-person training is conducted at WSSC Water facilities, with primary delivery occurring at the RGH Support Center in Laurel, Maryland. Training sessions vary in duration depending on course content and organizational needs. Offerings range from short, one-hour "just-in-time" sessions to half-day and full-day workshops. Most sessions are scheduled during standard business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
