The Health and Human Services Commission of Texas is seeking qualified vendors through an Invitation for Bids to provide as-needed plumbing maintenance, boiler maintenance, repairs, parts, and related services at the Richmond State Supported Living Center located in Richmond, Texas. Bidders must submit responses by August 6, 2026, at 10:30 AM Central Time using one of three approved methods: email with complete required information, submission through the HHS Online Bid Room, or delivery of a sealed USB drive containing the complete response package in specified electronic formats.
