The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin and Delta Community Developers Corp. (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Authority”) are seeking proposals from qualified and licensed Contractor for as-needed tree removal and trimming services for an initial 12-month period, with four (4) optional one-year renewals. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the PublicPurchase.com website by 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 6 2024. Proposals must be digitally submitted through PublicPurchase.com as a “SINGLE PDF DOCUMENT” before 2:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. Proposals received after this time may not be considered. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the bidding. NOTICE OF HUD SECTION 3 ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY: This may be a Section 3 covered project and may be subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968.
