The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide lop and scatter services.
Mandatory Site Visit: None
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: All work must take place between October 12, 2026, and November 30, 2026. Once the Contractor is on site working, the Contractor shall work diligently and complete all work before November 30, 2026. An extension beyond this date is possible only if weather conditions permit, and with prior approval of the Project Manager. NOTE: Winter conditions may make access extremely difficult. It is in the best interest of the Contractor to complete this work before snow falls.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
