Synopsis:



NASA/NSSC has a requirement for ASME SECTION IX ORBITAL WELDING TRAINING. 


NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to PECK ENTERPRISES LLC (DBA: SWAGELOK ALABAMA | CENTRAL & SOUTH FLORIDA | WEST TENNESSEE): 7290 CAHABA VALLEY RD; BIRMINGHAM, AL 35242 under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that PECK ENTERPRISES LLC is the sole provider of ASME SECTION IX ORBITAL WELDING TRAINING.


NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).


The Government intends to acquire Commercial items or services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 for Commercial
