Full Description
The scope of services may cover a wide range of tasks, such as lime rock base installation, asphalt concrete surface work, Portland cement applications, concrete pavement and driveway construction, sidewalk creation, and concrete curb restoration. Additionally, suppliers may be asked to handle debris removal, the removal of brick base or underlayment, sod replacement and irrigation repair as part of street restoration efforts.
Beyond these services, OUC will also need general roadway and parking surface maintenance, customer driveway repairs, milling, sealcoating, and support for location-specific projects across various OUC facilities, OUC service territory, and customer areas. The exact requirements will be determined and communicated by the OUC Project Manager as needed. The contractor shall possess, prior to commencement of any Work Order, all licenses, permits, certifications, and approvals required by federal, state, and local laws to perform the assigned work.
