This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number is W912KC18Q5001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 324121 Asphalt Paving Mixture and Block Manufacturing. The appropriate Size Standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The PA Air National Guard requires the following: See, attached Statement of Work for full details and specifications: Materials Required: 9.5mm SUPERPAVE hot-mix asphalt surface course delivered live-bottom feed direct to paver - 288 Ton 25mm SUPERPAVE hot-mix asphalt base course, delivered live-bottom feed direct to paver - 288 Ton PennDOT 2A Modified surface aggregate base course - 410 ton Delivery of asphalt will be split into at least two deliveries, with the first delivery being on or near July 23, 2018 and the second delivery being estimated three to six weeks after. Coordination of the deliveries will be done after award is made. *Final Quantities may vary, only by modification from the contracting officer Place of Performance: Horsham AGS The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor, and other items and services necessary for the delivery, in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. All quotes will be considered. Any resultant award will be made to the lowest priced offeror providing a technically acceptable offer. Partial quotes will be considered incomplete and not eligible for award if there is a complete and otherwise acceptable award. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract, single award.
