The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit bids for Asphalt Products as described in the specifications provided. Enter all prices and complete all fields on Public Purchase AND upload a copy of the entire completed bid packet. The award of this RFQ will be based on the lowest responsive, responsible bidder based on the Total “Performance Grade (unit price per ton)” from Attachment A, Pricing Worksheet. Bidders must enter the Total Performance Grade Unit Price of all lines from Attachment A, Pricing Sheet into Public Purchase. **Must meet all bid specifications**
