The MRP IT Technical Assistance Center (MTAC) provides IT assistance for non-CEC supported customers. Support consists of System Authorization Request support of public users for VS health certificates Farm Bill and authentication applications to name a few. Coverage also includes premium software request audio visual scheduling emergency management support for High Path Avian Influenza (HPAI) and loaner IT equipment for international travel. On average the MTAC processes over 1000 incidents per week with an incident closure count of 950 or higher.
