ASUP Thomson-1st Quarter Subsistence FY 2016

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Administrative United States Penitentiary (AUSP), Thomson, Illinois, intends to issue solicitation RFQP04191500011 FY 2016 Quarterly Subsistence - Dry, Frozen and/or Meat products. This solicitation is for the 1st Quarter Subsistence of Fiscal Year 2016 and is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The delivery will be FOB destination. The orders will need to be delivered starting October 1, 2015, and received in full by October 15, 2015, awards are fill or kill. Deliveries will be made to the Admin USP Thomson (Warehouse), 1100 One Mile Road, Thomson, Illinois 61285. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, by group of items, or by aggregate, whichever is advantageous to the government. The Government will award to the responsible offerors(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that are considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. Prices will be rated higher than past performance. Past Performance will be evaluated on past performance with AUSP Thomson, other Federal Bureau of Prisons institutions and Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs). Rating will consist of contractor's ability to deliver within the timeframe required and quality of goods delivered, and will then be rated as a go or no-go.
