The National Research Council Canada has a requirement for a quantity of five ATI Nano Multi- Axis Force/Torque Transducers to meet the requirements of an external client designed 1:15 scale Cycloidal Wave Energy Converter (WEC), known as CycWEC. The specified technical requirements listed in this SOR must be met to satisfy the project deliverables.
