Athletic Centre - Dectron Replacement Project

Solicitation ATHL-26-01 is a project issued by Mount Allison University for the replacement of the existing pool dehumidification unit (DECTRON) at the Athletic Centre. The scope of work encompasses all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to replace the unit and its associated stands, perform air changes to piping, ductwork, electrical systems, and controls, and manage the removal and reinstallation of existing fencing. Technical requirements include the submission of shop drawings immediately after award and the provision of two technical personnel for final startup testing, which must include a 30-day operational test for the EMCS. All equipment must be new and sourced from authorized Canadian resellers. Materials must be delivered in original factory packaging and stored according to manufacturer specifications to prevent damage. Invoices must be submitted electronically to the university financial services and will be processed within 45 days of the invoice date upon approval.
