AI Contract Overview
The Hall County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for an annual contract to supply athletic uniforms for basketball, baseball, and softball seasons. Proposals must be submitted to the Purchasing Division by 3:00 p.m. on August 25, 2015, at the designated address in Gainesville, Georgia. Bids will be publicly opened at that time, with no extensions granted unless formally issued via addendum. Interested firms can obtain bid packages for free through the official Hall County website or by contacting the Purchasing Office directly. Bidders are required to submit valid proposals that remain open for 90 days and must include a signed proposal form to avoid disqualification. A minimum insurance coverage of one million dollars is mandatory, with failure to provide the certificate resulting in contract default. Proposals will be evaluated based on factors such as qualifications, references, capability to deliver timely service, and personnel expertise. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and select a bid based on overall best value rather than price alone. All submitted proposals remain the property of the County, which may adopt ideas contained in any submission regardless of award.
