GENERAL INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS
1. Purpose of this Notice
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Environmental Laboratory (EL) in Vicksburg, MS, is issuing this Presolicitation / Sources Sought Notice to identify qualified and interested sources capable of providing non-personal Attending Veterinarian (AV) services.
This notice is part of market research to determine the availability of qualified small and large business contractors, as well as to seek industry feedback on the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
2. Acquisition Strategy
The Government intends to issue a competitive solicitation for these services. This notice requests the submission of capability statements from interested parties to verify the pool of qualified contractors and to assist in finalized acquisition planning.
3. Submission Requirements for Capability Statements
Interested firms must submit a Capability Statement (not to exceed 5 pages, excluding resume/license attachments) demonstrating their ability to perform the services outlined in the draft PWS. Submissions must include the following information:
