Audio Visual and Simultaneous Interpretation Services

Fisheries and Oceans Canada is soliciting audiovisual and simultaneous interpretation services for a two-day meeting of the National Harbour Authority Advisory Committee, to be held in the National Capital Region, Ottawa, from November 2 to November 4, 2026. The contractor must provide fully operational equipment and qualified interpreters capable of delivering services in both of Canada’s official languages, with technical setup required by 4:00 PM on November 2, full service support on November 3 and 4, and dismantling of all equipment by 8:00 PM on November 4.
