Multilingual Translation Services

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is seeking a Canadian supplier to provide high-quality translation, editing, and review services in non-official languages. The objective is to ensure that communications products, including advertising copy, video scripts, web and social media content, news releases, and international mobility agreements, are culturally appropriate and accurate for diverse audiences both within Canada and internationally. The contract is structured for an initial one-year term with four irrevocable one-year extension options, with a current performance period extending through October 31, 2027. The award will be based on a weighted evaluation of 60% technical merit and 40% price. To be considered responsive, bidders must demonstrate at least five years of experience in multilingual translations within the last seven years, including specific experience with government organizations and marketing or advertising projects. Additionally, the supplier must certify expertise in a wide range of languages, such as Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, and Urdu, and ensure that all translators possess at least five years of experience and valid professional certification. The contract includes strict compliance requirements regarding the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy, anti-forced labour and human trafficking certifications, and the maintenance of a valid Agreement to Implement Employment Equity. Payment will be made via various electronic instruments within 30 days of receiving an undisputed invoice. All work is subject to inspection and acceptance by the Government of Canada, with the contractor required to follow industry-standard quality assurance procedures.
