Failure to comply with BC Bid requirements is at the supplier’s own risk and BC Hydro does not assume any responsibility for the consequences of such non-compliance, including the supplier’s inability to submit a response to this or any other BC Hydro opportunity. *** Opportunity Details ***Through this RFP, BC Hydro is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to deliver Audio-Visual (AV) Services in support of the modernization and ongoing operation of meeting room environments across BC Hydro facilities. The required services include the end-to-end delivery of AV solutions, encompassing the supply of AV equipment, design, installation and integration, as well as ongoing technical support and maintenance (including break-fix services), and the environmentally compliant removal and recycling of end-of-life equipment. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis to support both standardized and specialized meeting spaces across the province.The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of (5) years, which may be extended for up to (10) year(s) through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of (15) years.This procurement may involve negotiation.This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.All responses should be in English.
