SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 61st Contracting Flight, Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following services listed below:
The purpose of this effort is to procure Audio Visual Integration System Consulting and Renovation Services. The acquisition strategy will be determined based on responses received from this notice and/or other market research methods.
The government is seeking experienced companies for the following scope of work:
Provide and install non-proprietary, modularly engineered, professional/broadcast-quality equipment. This includes 4K displays, Vaddio PTZ cameras, Shure ceiling microphone arrays, and BiAmp DSPs.
Enable presentation from five distinct locations within the courtroom. Provide seamless USB host switching for MS Teams/Zoom calls utilizing the room's cameras, mics, and existing ceiling speakers.
Provide AutoCAD/Visio system drawings, complete source code, user training, and 5 years of full maintenance and warranty support (including 24-hour turnaround for maintenance issues).
