FORTE provides a price reduction catalog with discounts ranging from 2% to 20% off MSRP and utilizes a zoned labor rate structure for professional services across the United States. The contract mandates that all delivered goods be new and in original packaging, with a standard lead time of 7 to 10 days. Administrative requirements include duplicate invoicing referencing purchase order numbers, with payments due within 45 days of delivery or service completion. The agreement also incorporates strict compliance standards, including federal funding requirements such as the Davis-Bacon Act and the Clean Air Act, as well as Texas-specific conflict of interest and hazard communication regulations.
