This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) has a brand name or equal requirement for the purchase of approximately, 19 each, Benson CCA-200 Mini Audiometer Plus Packages (Product No. BEN-500303-13), 97 each, CCA-200 mini Expansion Audiometers (Product No. BEN-500303-05) and 19 each, BAS-200 Bio- Acoustic Simulator / Sound Level Meters (Product No. BEN-500207-01). The Government intends to award a single purchase order. The audiometers and sound level meters must meet the requirements identified in Exhibit A -Salient Characteristics, as well as the table below. The equipment shall be delivered to the Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) identified in Exhibit B-Forecasted Delivery Locations of this solicitation.
