While the overall CSO is unrestricted and open until February 26, 2031, specific Areas of Interest (AOIs) carry their own requirements. Area of Interest 1, focused on Base IT Modernization, is specifically set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).
