The City of Columbus (City), Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI), intends to conduct a vendor availability study. As a result, the city is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from an Offeror qualified and experienced in developing and executing a comprehensive community engagement plan to support the implementation of the vendor availability study. The community engagement portion of the study will support and supplement the data collected in the larger study. The results of the community engagement activities will assist the City of Columbus in gaining a greater understanding of vendors' experiences.
