AvaSure Telesitter Patient Monitoring System

The New Mexico VA Health Care System is seeking a commercial, firm-fixed-price solution to implement a virtual patient observation system for continuous remote monitoring of at-risk patients, including those prone to falls, elopement, self-harm, or unsafe mobility. The requirement mandates the provision of an AvaSure TeleSitter system or an equal alternative, encompassing all necessary hardware such as bedside observation devices and thermal printers, software licenses, centralized monitoring capabilities, installation, configuration, testing, comprehensive training, clinical workflow integration, project management, and all supporting accessories to ensure a fully operational system. The contract is issued as a sole-source procurement under the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside program, with the only eligible offeror required to self-certify its SDVOSB status and provide the requisite Unique Entity Identifier and CAGE code.
