The contract falls under a total service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSBC) set-aside, and while the offeror self-certified as a women-owned small business, the award was made in compliance with the SDVOSBC set-aside designation. Equipment and software must meet stringent VA-specific security and compliance standards, including HIPAA, FIPS 140-2 encryption, VA Handbook 6500, and National Industrial Security Program requirements, with all data handling restricted to U.S.-based operations and no unauthorized removal of sensitive information permitted.
